A-1 Products makes manufacturing a remarkably simple, straightforward process. Your Account Representative will walk you through the entire process, then tailor any of the steps to suit your needs. In most cases we've already established a relationship with a plant capable of handling your needs. So the manufacturing process becomes a series of comfortable steps. First, you provide us with a sample of your product or product design in the form of a blueprint or CAD file. Your product will be carefully photographed, meticulously measured, then forwarded to our factory reps, along with your specifications, for development. Remember, our manufacturers are familiar with and will meet ALL applicable industry standards, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes that may apply to your product. If you require a prototype or sample mock up we will have one produced and provided to you. This may incur marginal tooling charges in some cases, but those charges can be credited off your first order. Once you are satisfied with the product, we move on to placing the actual order.
