He has over 25 years experience managing the sales and production divisions of several major manufacturing companies, as well as owning his own extremely successful business. Lynn founded A-1 Casters & Equipment of Nevada, a successful venture in itself, now merged with A-1 Products for expansion purposes. He divides his time between his eastern office in Arkansas (Sales & Marketing) and western office in Nevada (Production, Shipping & Logistics). In his previous position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a major manufacturing company, he directed all sales and marketing in North America. Prior to that he managed the same company's Latin American operations. In both cases Lynn consistently drove business to record breaking levels. He was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve as a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce District Export Council for Arkansas. As a member of this council he led several successful trade missions with other Arkansas based companies into Latin America to develop trade, more specifically in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. He is currently a member of Executives in Residence, which provides educational programs that bring community leaders and business people in to teach graduating seniors at Southern Arkansas University about international business. Lynn is also a frequent speaker to International Business classes and was commencement speaker to the 1999 graduating International Business class of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. When not abroad coordinating major business deals, he enjoys wandering and exploring the wilderness with his dog, Romeo. Lynn is also an avid golfer, bowler and billiards player. To fulfil his government service obligation he worked on a Chinese tea farm instead of the military. He started as a worker. After eight years he was the manager, over about 5,000 workers. After his return to his home city, Richard went to work for a foreign trade company where he worked helping foreign companies locate manufactures for their products. This was an extensive job that included developing manufacturing contacts, working with plant management and then coordinating shipping over land and onto container ships. Richard was recruited by Colson Casters to manage the development of their plant in China. While Colson is one of the major manufacturers of wheels and casters in the world, Richard literally started the Chinese plant from scratch. He was responsible for all of the hiring of the staff, finding the location, supervising the construction of the plant, and then instrumental in generating the sales both internationally and domestically. Because of his superior management skills and his raw talent, this self taught superstar was recruited by A-1 Products and is now the Managing Partner in our operations in Asia. Though listed on the books as an Outsourcing Specialist, Ben is much more than that. He's the “go-to” guy that provides the company with valuable management in mechanical and tooling design as well as new product development. On a the personal side, Ben is married to his high school sweetheart and they have two sons. The B. Phares family resides in Arkansas, near the main headquarters of A-1 Products. Ben has a passion for anything that goes fast, including NASCAR and motorcycle racing. He is an avid motorcycle rider and is a nationally ranked billiards player. Ben has been in management for most of his adult, working life. He has managed an automotive paint and body shop, worked as a warehouse manager for a material handling company and was the working supervisor for the maintenance staff of a commercial property complex in Arkansas when he accepted the position with A-1. What makes Ben such an asset to A-1 Products are his management skills and his talents with anything mechanical. If it's a machine Ben can understand it and work on it. Ben's enthusiasm and natural mechanical talents make him a great addition to the A-1 Team and the perfect person to work with you on your outsourcing projects. She is directly responsible for the web site, the order tracking system and oversees the day-to-day data services operations. Ms Essex has extensive experience in business online services, data service development, and graphic design. She has worked in the technical industry for many years and has been a pioneer in Internet Small Business Development. Additionally she worked for Microsoft, with the Data Access Group, where she was responsible for more than 750 pages of white paper documentation dealing with Microsoft's data base products. In her consulting role with A-1 Products, Ms Essex brings a career of talent and customer service to the table. She worked has with many of the facets of A-1 Products in developing the right components to track and manage the A-1 Products system.
